Tree Launch FAQ

Straight, honest answers to what people ask before they book their call: experience, cost, time, crews, markets and results.

The model

What does Tree Launch actually do?

Tree Launch builds done-for-you tree service businesses. We set up your business, run the marketing that brings in leads, train you to quote and close jobs, and connect you with licensed, insured local crews who do the tree work.

Is this a franchise?

No. There are no royalties, no revenue splits, no territory fees and no fine print. You own your business and keep your profits.

Who actually does the cutting?

We connect you with licensed, insured local subcontractor crews in our network. They have slow weeks and want the work, so they’re glad to take your jobs.

Where do the customers come from?

From us. We’ve run marketing for 100+ tree service companies over 5 years, and we run that same system for your business, then send the leads to you.

What is my role day to day?

You answer new leads, visit the property to give an estimate and close the sale. Once the customer signs, a crew does the work and the customer pays when it’s done. The estimate is your job; the heavy lifting never is.

Experience and time

Do I need any tree or construction experience?

Not at all. You never do the tree work. Your job is the estimate and the sale, and we train you on exactly how to do both. Licensed, insured crews handle every cut.

Do I need to buy trucks or equipment?

No. You spend $0 on trucks and equipment. The crews who do the work bring their own.

How much of my time does this really take?

About an hour per job, mostly the estimate visit. Many owners start while still employed and scale up from there.

Can I start while I still have a job?

Yes. Because each job takes about an hour of your time, many owners start while they’re still employed, fitting estimates into evenings or weekends.

How long does it take to launch?

About 30 days. Week 1 covers your business setup, brand, website and phone line. Weeks 2–3 line up crews and train you on estimating and sales. From week 4, the marketing goes live and leads start reaching your phone.

Money and markets

What does it cost to get started?

It depends on your market. On your call we’ll walk you through the full numbers for your area, so you can decide with everything in front of you. There’s no cost or obligation to check your market.

How big is a typical job?

Jobs average around $3,000, and owners keep about half after paying the crew. These are averages Tree Launch reports, and they vary by market. See our earnings disclaimer.

What if someone already has my area?

That’s why we check first. Each market has one exclusive owner. If your area is taken, we’ll tell you on the call and look at the nearest open market.

Can I own more than one market?

Yes. Once your first market runs smoothly, you can open a second one with the same system.

What happens after I check my market?

You answer a few quick questions, then a Tree Launch advisor personally confirms your area and books your call. On the call you’ll see the full numbers for your market before you decide anything.

Results

Are the income results guaranteed?

The results we share are real client results, but they aren’t typical of everyone. Your income depends on your market, your effort and how you run your business. Read the full earnings disclaimer.
